Located in the Carnegie Centre at the NE corner of Dean A McGee Ave and Robinson (pictured at top), Nourished Food Bar is a grab-and-go clean eats food spot in the Business District of downtown OKC. While the structure of the menu will stay relatively the same — hearty salads, soups, smoothies, snacks/bites — the ingredients used will change often, depending on the season and what we can buy from local farmers. Our recipes also happen to be free of many of the top common allergens. But don’t worry, we don’t think you’ll miss them too much.

Our food spot is an extension of our work in food coaching and education. We believe that food is a powerful way to create or support the life you want while connecting with yourself, others, and the community; but, we also know that it’s complicated. People are busy, sick, allergic to foods more than ever, and, often times, overwhelmed by their kitchens, grocery stores and markets. We don’t want you to be any of those things. And we want to help.
